Floorplan. One of the most important things to have when listing your home. It is a shame to see so many estate agents not using floorplans. Think of it from a buyer’s perspective; would you spend your time viewing houses if you didn’t know the layout? It is about showcasing your home and what it has – show it off!
Advertising on Rightmove, Zoopla, eXp and shared to thousands on local Facebook groups. Without exposure, people wont know your property is for sale, get it out there!
For Sale boards. Don’t be shy, let your neighbours know you’re on the move! If you live near a school, town centre or on a main road, think of how many people pass your home daily? Why would you not want them to know you’re selling?
